Today Mum and I made the long trip from Cowra to Sydney – we were so excited to finally get here, with one more sleep to go before my photo experience begins!
Adam from The Sebastian Foundation met us in Circular Quay and took us for a walk by the harbour, it was so lovely, sunny and warm. Then he surprised us with the news we were staying by the harbour in an amazing hotel.
When we walked into our hotel, the Pullman Grand Quay, we were met by Christina from Accor Hotels who welcomed mum and I, gave us a toast (I had Diet Coke, mum had Champagne!) and a lovely bunch of flowers. She then took us up to our room – and wow!!
I just can’t get over how lovely the room is and the view!! The sun was setting over the Harbour Bridge and it was just amazing. Mum and I spent some time on the balcony talking about the trip and how lucky we were to be brought on this adventure! I took lots of photos from my balcony.
We went for a walk to the Opera House and then came back to the hotel to get some sleep because tomorrow we fly out to Los Angeles. I just can’t stop smiling, I’m lost for words!!
